Returns & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Urban Pera. If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, we are here to help. Returns are easy with Urban Pera. Please click here to initiate a return process. We will send you an email with an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number and further instructions.
• We accept returns within 30 days after delivery of your item.
• Please note that returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will also send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund after a week, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
After you purchase an item, you may change your mind and want to exchange it for another one. It is totally OK. We accept unused items for exchange. We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want an exchange, please send us an email at info@urbanpera.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all return packages. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanpera.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
